Privacy Policy

EmailSignature.dev is designed to minimize data collection. The free signature editor runs in your browser. Contact details entered into the editor are not transmitted to our servers unless you intentionally use a cloud feature that says otherwise.

Information we may collect

We may collect basic technical logs needed for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. Account, team and billing data will only be collected when those services are available and you choose to use them.

Local browser storage

When you select Save, your signature configuration is stored in local browser storage on your device. You can remove it by clearing site data. Shared template links encode the template configuration in the URL; anyone with that URL can read the information it contains, so do not include sensitive data.

Analytics and tracking

We aim to use privacy-conscious, aggregated product analytics. We do not use open-tracking pixels in signatures generated by the free editor.

Your choices

You may use the core generator without an account. For privacy questions or deletion requests relating to information you sent us, email support@emailsignature.dev.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
